TENNIS CANADA INSTRUCTOR

PRESIDENT OF THE PARIS TENNIS CLUB

Jourdyn's journey with tennis began at a young age, influenced by her family's love for the sport. Starting at the Lada Tennis Academy in Ancaster at age 7 marked the beginning of her dedication to tennis. As her involvement in the sport deepened, so did her passion and commitment, leading her to compete in tournaments. Her affinity for tennis naturally transitioned into coaching, driven by a desire to share her passion and expertise with others. Becoming a certified Tennis Canada Instructor allowed her to channel her enthusiasm for the sport into guiding and inspiring aspiring athletes towards their goals. Throughout her kinesiology degree at McMaster University and her Master's at Brock University, Jourdyn continued to both coach and compete, contributing her talents to the McMaster and Brock Women's Varsity Tennis teams.

In her coaching journey, Jourdyn has found fulfillment in nurturing athletes' skills and witnessing their progress firsthand. She firmly believes that tennis is a sport for all ages, and her dedication to coaching reflects that it's never too late to discover or rediscover a passion for sport.
