Our 6-week Cardio Tennis program is a fun, high-energy workout that combines tennis drills with fitness training and upbeat music. Designed for all skill levels, this program focuses on improving endurance, speed, and coordination through continuous movement and engaging rally-based activities. It is a great way to get a full-body workout, burn calories, and enjoy the game in a social, fast-paced environment!
