INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Inclement Weather Notice:

• In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified 30 minutes prior to the start time if the lesson needs to be cancelled.

• If a lesson is canceled due to rain or unsafe playing conditions, an additional lesson date will be added at the end of the program to make up for the missed session. Participants will be notified of any schedule changes in advance.
